This role demands a confident storyteller with a sharp eye for detail and an understanding of luxury audiences. Youll oversee everything from seasonal campaigns and brand partnerships to email marketing social media PR and digital content - keeping Foxhills front of mind for our diverse audiences.
Imagine Foxhills is a village and the member emails are the village newspaper. Youre our top reporter whose goal is to find the story and show it in a way that excites members and makes others in the community want to join or visit us. Youll oversee the marketing department from a strategic and day-to-day perspective to promote membership hotel stays dining & afternoon tea visitor golf spa days and spa breaks weddings celebrations and corporate events including golf days.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver the annual marketing plan aligned with business goals and seasonal opportunities.
- Deliver compelling multi-channel campaigns that drive membership hotel bookings spa days dining & afternoon tea golf experiences and event sales (including weddings corporate and celebrations) across print digital events and partnerships.
- Overarching responsibility for the clubs digital presence - including website social media channels email marketing and third party sites working with the Marketing Coordinator to manage these platforms day-to-day.
- Acting as a brand guardian; overseeing all internal and external communications ensuring brand consistency and premium tone of voice (including marketing email campaigns member newsletters and supporting HR with staff communications).
- Collaborating closely with departments across the resort to support departmental objectives including promotional materials and seasonal events.
- Producing high-quality creative content both written and visual in line with Foxhills brand positioning.
- Overarching responsibility for the annual marketing budget including devising and managing throughout the year ensuring campaigns stay within budget and suppliers are paid.
- Support PR activity and media liaison including award entries partnerships and press/influencer visits.
- Ensure databases are GDPR compliant kept up to date and accurate. Responsible for all marketing data capture initiatives and growing our databases.
- Line management of Marketing Coordinator working with them to coach and develop where desired.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a marketing role ideally within hospitality leisure or luxury lifestyle sectors.
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns and delivering measurable lifestyle sectors.
- Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing including SEO PPC email marketing and social media.
- Experience in brand management and customer segmentation
- High organised self-motivated and commercially focused.
- Adept at juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen eye for premium design and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign) CMS platforms and CRM system a bonus.
