About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experiencedCommunity Senior Family Support Workerto join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role you will:

  • Support the delivery of Level 2 early help support to children young people and families.
  • Work closely with schools health services and other key partners to identify needs and implement effective support plans.
  • Provide direct support to families through one-to-one interventions group work and community-based initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a key link between schools and community services to ensure timely and appropriate support.
  • Undertake assessments and develop family support plans in line with the Early Help Framework.
  • Monitor outcomes and maintain accurate records using case management systems.
  • Promote safeguarding and the welfare of children at all times.

About You

Were looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in working with children and families in a multi-agency context.
  • Skilled in assessment planning and delivering targeted interventions.
  • Knowledgeable about safeguarding child development and the Early Help process.
  • A confident communicator with strong organisational and leadership skills.
