About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experiencedCommunity Senior Family Support Workerto join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role you will:
- Support the delivery of Level 2 early help support to children young people and families.
- Work closely with schools health services and other key partners to identify needs and implement effective support plans.
- Provide direct support to families through one-to-one interventions group work and community-based initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key link between schools and community services to ensure timely and appropriate support.
- Undertake assessments and develop family support plans in line with the Early Help Framework.
- Monitor outcomes and maintain accurate records using case management systems.
- Promote safeguarding and the welfare of children at all times.
About You
Were looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in working with children and families in a multi-agency context.
- Skilled in assessment planning and delivering targeted interventions.
- Knowledgeable about safeguarding child development and the Early Help process.
- A confident communicator with strong organisational and leadership skills.
