We seek a forward-thinking Hyperautomation Team Manager to lead inspire and accelerate our global Hyperautomation ambitions.

About the Role

You will lead an enthusiastic team of technology experts keeping them on top of the latest RPA AI Low-Code and Intelligent Integrations developments. You will be the catalyst who drives awareness inspires action and builds partnerships across all levels of the business and IT. You will also manage our strategic implementation partners and suppliers oversee first-line support operations and lead the complete Idea-to-Realization process for Hyperautomation initiatives.

What Youll Do

• Engage Lead and Inspire: manage a high-performing Hyperautomation team of 15 people focused on innovation and results and report to the Senior Director Global Business Application Management.
• Stay Ahead: Ensure the team adopts and applies the latest technologies and best practices.
• Manage Partners and Suppliers: Act as the key point of contact for external implementation partners and sourcing relationships.
• Drive Awareness: Engage business and IT stakeholders through roadshows showcases and collaboration workshops.
• Idea-to-Realization Leadership: Lead the intake validation prioritization development and deployment of automation solutions from idea to successful implementation. Oversee Design implementation support and optimization
• Deliver on 2025 Goals: Ability to inspire and sell the ideas and solutions internally. Drive strategic priorities such as scaling digital colleagues communicating the Hyperautomation Strategy and realizing smart sourcing.
• Measure and Report Impact: Track success metrics like adoption rates ROI process coverage and stakeholder satisfaction.

What You Bring

• Proven leadership experience in automation Hyperautomation or related digital transformation fields.
• Strong vendor management experience with implementation partners and technology suppliers.
• Expertise in managing automation or application support operations (first line and beyond).
• A structured approach to managing the Idea-to-Realization pipeline.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across all business and IT levels.
• A proactive solution-driven mindset with strong communication and influencing skills.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with UiPath Workato OutSystems Microsoft Power Platform Azure stack or Mendix.
• Background in automation cost allocation models and API governance.
• Portuguese language
• Travel to JBT Marel locations
