Job Description
Our team is looking for a new team member to join our team to help us expand our client base.
The primary objective of our Business Development Specialist is to identify potential commercial and insurance leads who are open to receiving a second opinion and having their current insurance program evaluated and advised on.
Committing 16-20 hours per week up to four hours daily to the objective of producing a minimum of 16-20 qualified leads per week with the potential for exceeding this target. Remuneration of $25 per qualified lead will be provided or a minimum of $17.50 per hour whichever amount is higher.
Selected lists and leads as well as customized scripts and word tracks will be provided.
Outbound calls will be conducted internally using company-provided laptops in a professional office environment.
Access to training sessions webinars and mentoring is available.

Compensation: $350.00 - $500.00 per week
