Job Description
SUMMARY
YOUR MISSION
- Pick pack and ship product.
- Organize and allocates orders distribute receiving and shipping work.
- Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a well-organized warehouse.
- Work with all departments to ship all necessary items daily.
- Work with Warranty department and Workshop to professionally box new and used bikes and products.
- Maintain clean warehouse and office facilities.
- Assist in inventory counts and cleanup on a monthly quarterly and annual basis.
WHAT YOULL BRING
- 2 years related experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills (friendly courteous and helpful)
- Strong communication skills (listening verbal and written)
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Windows Excel & Outlook) with the ability to learn new applications as required.
- Strong initiative resourcefulness and project completion skills; ability to identify sources of information obtain necessary information and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Ability to prioritize work and complete multiple tasks independently and concurrently.
- Able to work well with others in a team environment.
- ERP knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move large packages weighing up to 90 pounds required.
