Job Description
- - Analyze and interpret EDI requirements and specifications provided by customers trading partners or internal teams.
- - Develop test and implement EDI
- - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions for EDI integration and data exchange.
- - Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions identify and resolve issues and perform root cause analysis to prevent future problems.
- - Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders regarding EDI standards protocols and best practices.
- - Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth EDI operations.
- - Participate in projects related to EDI integration and automation.
- - Work with external trading partners internal business partners and EDI developers to correct the root cause of EDI errors.
- - Develop and maintain user-facing and internal documentation on SharePoint.
- - Coordinate configure and test EDI implementations for new suppliers.
- - Develop translation specifications from requirements.
- - Troubleshoot errors in EDI Transactions and transmissions.
- Qualifications & Skills
- - 5 years experience
- - Strong understanding of business processes supply chain operations and ERP systems.
- - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
- - Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- - Work cross functionally and familiarity with Supply chain.
- - Understanding of EDI guidelines.
- - Ability to work effectively in a team environment customer support environment and with all levels of the organization.
- - Agile/Scrum experience is preferred.
- - Experience with automotive manufacturing or distribution companies a plus
- - In code development scripting workflow data mapping
