Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experiencedTalent Acquisition Advisorto join our team on afixed-term contract to cover maternity leave expected to last approximately12 months.

In this role you will support recruitment activities across our European organization. You will be responsible for identifying attracting and hiring top talent for a wide range of positions. We are looking for someone who is passionate about recruitment and eager to make a real impact by helping the business find the right people for the right roles.

Location: Warsaw

What Youll Do:

  • Managerecruitment for various divisions and functions across Europe (UK Germany Spain Greece Italy etc.)
  • Take full ownership of the recruitment process: sourcing screening candidate management and stakeholder collaboration
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies aligned with our values
  • Source top talent through multiple channels including job boards and social media
  • Guide candidates through the entire journey of the process
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates for experience competencies and cultural fit
  • Act as an ambassador for our employer brand to attract the best talent
  • Collaborate with global TA colleagues to share best practices and continuously improve our processes

Who You Are:

  • Hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in HR psychology communications or a related field or have equivalent experience
  • Bring 35 years of experience in recruitment (in-house shared services or agency)
  • Are results-driven proactive and creative with a strong customer focus
  • Are passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience
  • Are organized resilient and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Have strong analytical thinking and excellent listening skills
  • Are a team player who enjoys networking and building relationships
  • Communicate fluently in English
