Job Description

As part of the Finance Department Controlling Team you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
- Lead the forecast processes
- Lead the management closing process
- Manage and develop controlling team
- Analyze and monitor actual performances and related budget variances
- Sales promotions analysis
- P&L control
- Corporate reference for any management issue
- Stores openings and remodeling evaluation
- Be a business partner for all the other departments supporting them in any management issues
- Capex monitoring
- Contribute to spread the finance culture within the organization
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelors degree in Finance or related field
- 7 years of controlling experience including team leadership
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proven experience managing forecasting budgeting and P&L analysis
- Excellent analytical communication and interpersonal skills
- Retail experience is a plus
- Strong business acumen and ability to act as a strategic business partner to other departments.
