Role Description:

Job Title: Production Support in Capital Market

Location: Sarjapur Bengaluru

3 days WFO (Tues Wed Thurs)

Shift Time: 24*7 Rotational Shifts

Overview:

Good Unix experience with basic commands and Shell scripting. Python desired Familiarity with any enterprise batch scheduler like TWS or autosys Strong SQL experience for DML and basic SQL performance troubleshooting Strong debugging and troubleshooting capability. Good written and verbal soft skills

Strong experience in Capital Market domain

Bachelors degree preferably in Computer Science or Engineering or other relevant technical fields Comfortable maintaining existing Production Support Solutions whilst leading production improvement activities Deep skills in systems (operating systems storage subsystems networking) whilst implementing best practices for availability reliability and scalability Strong interpersonal skills around communication teamwork time management adaptability and critical thinking Verifiable interests in algorithms and distributed systems Experience with knowledge management systems preferably Confluence and SharePoint Experience scripting on Unix/Linux using Python Database application development experience (Oracle SQL Server etc.) DevOps SME with exposure to FinOps considered an added benefit Strong foundation in Informatica and Batch Job Schedulers (TWS / Autosys) Build monitoring solutions that alert on symptoms rather than on outages Strong experience with BI tools preferably Grafana Significant multiyear experience working within SRE DevOps and Production Support Performance troubleshooting and tuning experience Experience with development tools that aid in debugging locating memory errors performance analysis etc. Ability to operate with a managed services mentality and utilize Agile methodologies to accomplish all tasks Financial Services Industry experience Knowledge of Cloud AWS Azure and Snowflake would be considered a big plus **Personal Attributes: ** Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to liaise with all levels from interns to Board Level Members Pro-active and entrepreneurial attitude comfortable with ownership responsibilities who demonstrates a can-do attitude Prepared to work India Production Day Hours and stay as long as required if business challenges necessitate your personal input on shift handovers to get the job done
