Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Primary Teachers to join our team at Podar Education Network in Udupi. This full-time mid-level position requires candidates to have 4 to 6 years of work experience in education. The role involves delivering high-quality education and holistic development to primary students contributing to a nurturing and inspiring learning environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must possess a Bachelor of Education () degree and Master of Arts (M.A.) degree (Mandatory skills).
- Proficiency in classroom management techniques to create a positive and organized learning environment.
- In-depth knowledge of child development principles to foster age-appropriate learning experiences.
- Strong skills in parent communication for maintaining effective and cooperative relationships with families.
- Minimum of 4 years of teaching experience with a maximum of 6 years in a reputed educational institution.
- Competence in developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Ability to utilize educational technology and digital tools to enhance learning outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and engage with students effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver interactive and compelling lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
- Facilitate a student-centered classroom atmosphere that motivates and encourages active learning.
- Monitor and assess student progress providing feedback and support for academic growth.
