Job Description
As a Rental Car Clerk and Appointment Taker at Kansas City Hyundai you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and our Service Department. This position requires a high level of attention to detail good communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage rental car reservations and agreements.
- Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments.
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with information about the rental process and vehicle options.
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and appointments.
Requirements:
- Prior customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
