Job Description

Cambridge International Systems Inc. has a full-time Operations Analystopportunity available basedin Charleston SC. Qualified candidates for this job must possess a current DoD Secret security clearance.
This position is contingent upon contract award. Anticipated start date August 2025.
ROLE RESPONSIBILTIES
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies; issue corrected invoices as needed
- Conduct billing audits generate reports and present findings to management
- Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Maintain accurate data entry and resolve discrepancies in internal systems
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders via email and phone
- Monitor process quality and effectiveness; document and escalate areas for improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate information flow
- Support special projects and ad hoc reporting as assigned
Required QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in billing operations or data analysis
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables VLOOKUP formulas)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- In some occasions overnight travel may be required.
PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Cambridge International Systems complies with Temporary Duty Station (TDY)/Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) vaccination requirements. If this position requires OCONUS travel (listed above) Vaccine Recommendations by AOR lists applicable current vaccination requirements by location.
Office setting:
- Must be able to work in an office environment sitting at a desk looking at a computer for most of the workday.
- Work is physically comfortable; the employee has discretion about sitting walking standing etc.
- May be required to travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site.
