Join our crew as a top-notch fur LuxuryRetail Sales Associate and dive into the exciting world of luxury retail. Duties and Responsibilities
Welcome greet and direct customers.
Provide accurate information (i.e. product features and design pricing and after-sale services fur care and longevity etc.)
Answer customers questions about specific products/services.
Cross-sell products.
Ensure racks and shelves are fully stocked.
Manage and assist with returns/exchanges of merchandise.
Coordinate with your peers to provide excellent customer service and to provide security awareness and coverage (especially during peak times).
Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
Keep showroom clean dusted and vacuumed.
Stay up-to-date with new products/services.
Job Requirements & Skills
High School Diploma or GED.
Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative Sales Associate or similar role.
General understanding of the retail sales process.
Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures.
Basic math skills.
Excellent communication skills capable of building trusting relationships.
Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
Ability to learn about and retain the many types of furs their differences and their origins (this will be included in your training).
Must be able to be on your feet/stand for 8 hours a day.
Cash handling and balancing experience.
Must be able to lift/move 65lbs on occasion.
Must have a positive and outgoing attitude.
Must always maintain a clean and professional appearance.

Hourly Range: $20 - $25.00 per hour Depending on experience

You must be physically present on-site in Anchorage Alaska to perform this job.
This role is not eligible for remote or hybrid work no exceptions.
Schedule Requirements:
8-hour shift with 30-minute lunch
Hours of operation: 10am 6:30pm (will vary on occasion and season)
5-6 days a week
