Job Description
The IT Operations team owns and secures the critical technology our employees use every day including laptops identity and access management collaboration platforms and technical office infrastructure. As a Manager II youll lead a group of managers and senior engineers across these domains helping them scale systems improve reliability and reduce manual work. This is a high-impact role where youll shape the technical direction of employee technology at Datadog while helping your team grow their scope and ownership. Youll also partner with teams across the company to improve productivity and protect company data.

What Youll Do:
- Manage managers and senior ICs across endpoint SaaS office technology and IT security teams
- Own roadmaps technical execution project delivery and day-to-day operations for internal systems and infrastructure
- Work with partner teams to deliver secure reliable and well-integrated employee-facing technology.
Who You Are:
- 10 years of experience in IT or infrastructure roles with 4 years managing other managers or multi-team orgs
- Technically strong in multiple areas: endpoint management SaaS tooling office networks/AV and corporate security
- Comfortable making decisions prioritizing setting a high bar for operational excellence and going deep into technical detail when needed
