Job Description
Ed Hicks Nissan is seeking a motivated Digital Sales Assistant to support our dealerships digital and in-store sales efforts! This role bridges our service and sales departments identifying potential sales opportunities managing customer communication and helping maintain a strong online presence. The ideal candidate is digitally savvy customer-focused and enjoys working in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Identify sales prospects within the service department by reviewing repair orders and service appointments
- Collaborate with management to appraise vehicles currently in service for potential trade-in or upgrade opportunities
- Ensure sales consultants are notified of vehicle appraisals and that offers are clearly communicated to customers
- Send messages to customers about current manufacturer incentives special offers and upcoming service appointments
- Post customer delivery photos behind-the-scenes content and organic videos to our social media platforms (e.g. Facebook Instagram TikTok)
- Support overall communication between departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Track engagement and help generate ideas for future social and digital content
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using CRM tools messaging platforms and social media channels
- Organized and able to manage multiple follow-ups and digital tasks
- Creative mindset with an interest in digital content creation
- Self-starter with a professional and customer-focused attitude
