About the Role:
We are partnering with a nationally recognized law firm to find a Mid-to-Senior-Level Litigation Associate with 46 years of experience in complex commercial or business litigation. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes matters across industries in a collaborative and well-resourced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in federal and state litigation as well as alternative dispute resolution
Handle complex case management strategy motion practice and client communication
Participate in depositions hearings and trial preparation
Collaborate with cross-office litigation teams on sophisticated matters
Qualifications:
46 years of business litigation experience ideally at an AmLaw or highly respected regional firm
Strong academic credentials; judicial clerkship experience preferred
Excellent writing research and oral advocacy skills
California Bar admission required
