In Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SETC) we integrate verify and validate our products. We put our systems together exercise them in the lab or in the field measure and analyze performance and make sure our products work the first time and every time. To accomplish this we develop plans and procedures debug and evaluate system functions and interfaces develop test environments and work hand-in-hand with our customers.

Raytheons Systems Integration and Test Advanced Technology Department is seeking a missile subassemblies Build-Up Integration and Test lead. The individual will lead activities composed of members from multiple discipline members from the planning to the successful completion of the Programs Flight test round one or equivalent.

This position is an onsite role in Tucson AZ. Remote work is not possible.

What you will do

• Responsible for the buildup integration and test of the programs flight test round one subassembly or equivalent.
• Create/modify documentation insupportof reviews associated with the flight unit subassemblies which may include Hardware Acceptance Review (HAR) and Consent to Ship (CTS)
• Collaborate with a team of multidiscipline engineers to develop schedules and plans to build test and deliver subassemblies.
• Lead the integration verification and testing in the lab or the field to ensure the system under test performs according tospecifications/requirements.
• Collaborate with a team of multidiscipline engineers for tracking the status of the technical data packages and readiness for next assembly
• 25% travel required

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a Bachelors Degree in a Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline such as Electrical Engineering Systems Engineering Physics or Math and a minimum of Five (5) years of relevant experience.

• Experience with integration and testing of missile subassemblies
• Experience leading teams of 4 or more members
• Experience developing and conducting milestone meetings (i.e. Consent to Build Test Readiness Review Consent to Ship)
• Active and transferrable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience with Supply Chain
• Experience with missile build up and integration
• Collaboratingacross multiple engineering disciplines such as electrical electronics mechanical software and computer engineering.
• Experienceevaluating requirements.

Location Information

• Tucson AZ - salary range for this role is 82000 USD - 164000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
