We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fuel Systems Maintenance Technician to join our team. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining convenience store fuel systems and equipment including point of sale dispensers pumps underground storage tanks and leak detection systems. This position requires technical expertise problem-solving skills and adherence to safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance & Repairs: Troubleshoot diagnose and repair fuel dispensing systems underground storage tanks point of sale and related components.
Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to federal state and local environmental and safety regulations including EPA and OSHA standards.
Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Emergency Support: Respond promptly to service calls and repair equipment to minimize operational interruptions.
Installation: Assist with the installation and setup of new fuel systems including programming calibration and configuration.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections repairs and maintenance activities using company systems.
Safety Practices: Follow all company and regulatory safety protocols while working with hazardous materials and high-voltage equipment.

Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
4 years of experience in fuel systems maintenance industrial equipment repair or a related field.
Valid drivers license and ability to travel to job sites.
Ability to read blueprints schematics and technical manuals.
Gilbarco Franklin Veeder-Root certification or EPA UST Operator certification.
Preferred:
Familiarity with fuel equipment brands (e.g. Gilbarco Wayne) and leak detection systems.
Knowledge of applicable environmental and safety regulations (e.g. EPA UST OSHA).
Experience with electrical systems piping and network communication systems.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for fuel systems.
