Position: Weekend Supervisor
Location: Charlestown MA
Hours: Friday Saturdays & Sundays (with potential for additional hours)

What Youll Do:
- Lead weekend staff in daily operations ensuring high standards of care and cleanliness
- Supervise group play sessions monitor dog behavior and enforce safety protocols
- Handle feeding medication and customized care for our four-legged guests
- Communicate with pet parents in a friendly professional manner
- Problem-solve and manage any unexpected situations that arise over the weekend
You Are:
- Experienced in dog care (daycare boarding vet tech or shelter background a big plus!)
- Comfortable leading a team and taking initiative
- Calm under pressure and quick to adapt
- Able to work on your feet and lift 40 lbs
- Passionate about dogs and attentive to their individual needs

Our facilities offer the latest air filtration and high-tech vacuum systems; our team utilizes vet-grade non-toxic disinfectants to ensure our facilities are sanitary. We offer indoor climate-controlled play in addition to weather-appropriate play in our facilities outdoor spaces.
In 2024 we proudly celebrated Crate Escapes 20th year of service. With our genuine grassroots beginning we have surpassed our dreams of providing great dog care.
