Job Description
We are hiring a part-time (24 hours/week) Cleaner to join our Residential Program team!
This role is essential to ensuring our residents enjoy nutritious meals in a clean and safe environment. If you love cooking and take pride in keeping spaces clean and organized we want to hear from you!
Job Duties Include:
- Plan and prepare healthy well-balanced meals and snacks for residents
- Follow menus and special dietary needs (medical cultural or age-specific)
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen including proper food storage and sanitation
- Clean kitchen equipment and dining areas after meals
- Keep food inventory stocked and organized
- Perform general cleaning tasks (mopping disinfecting bathrooms common areas)
- Follow all health and safety standards and protocols
- Support emergency safety procedures when necessary

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have at least two years of experience in food preparation and cooking preferably in a healthcare or residential setting.
