Job Description
A warm professional family in Dulwich are seeking an experienced and organised Nanny / PA to support their three school-aged children (aged 4 5 and 6) and keep the household running smoothly.
This is a busy and varied role suited to someone with at least five years experience in similar positions including a minimum of two years in a full-time role. Mum is open to both seasoned professionals and keen capable candidates looking to grow into the role.
The day starts with the school run followed by admin errands and nursery duties during school hours. Afternoons are focused on the children pick-ups activities dinner and wind-down. Flexibility for occasional extra hours and babysitting is needed especially when Mum travels for work.
The children are bright lively and have different personalities from quiet and thoughtful to energetic and cheeky. They re good eaters so someone who enjoys cooking and can plan meals would be ideal.
Both parents have demanding careers and the family values stability warmth and clear communication. A driver would be helpful but not essential they also have an electric bike which the nanny will be required to use for ease of taking the children places. A cleaner is in place though nursery-related tidying will be expected.

Requirements
Strong communication skills
Plenty of experience pre-school and school aged children with the ability to plan engaging age-appropriate activities and help with school work.
Patient and creative in engaging children
Physically active and enjoys outdoor activities
Flexible and adaptable to the family s sometimes changing schedule.
The ideal candidate is warm, proactive and highly organised, with a genuine love for children and at least five years experience in similar roles. They ll be confident managing a busy household, happy to take initiative with planning and admin, and able to build a strong, supportive relationship with both the children and parents. A flexible, can-do attitude and a calm, positive presence are key.
