Job Description

Overview

A logistics company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily office operations staffing coordination safety procedures and corporate housing management. This position plays a key role in keeping administrative functions organized compliant and responsive to both internal and external needs.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Korean and English well-organized and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities


Staffing & Onboarding

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with staffing agencies to meet hiring needs

  • Provide clear job descriptions and expectations to agency partners

  • Assist in screening and interviewing temporary or contract candidates

  • Conduct new hire onboarding and enter employee information into the HRIS

  • Review and verify timecards for payroll accuracy


Safety & Compliance

  • Collaborate with the safety team to implement workplace safety programs

  • Conduct emergency evacuation training and promote safety protocols


Office Operations

  • Maintain office supplies assets and equipment to ensure smooth operations

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely delivery and maintenance


Corporate Housing Management

  • Manage corporate apartment lease programs including onboarding new tenants

  • Maintain lease records payment logs and maintenance histories

  • Coordinate with landlords to resolve lease-related issues and ensure tenant satisfaction


General Administration

  • Record and process business expenses

  • Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned



Qualifications

  • Previous experience in HR support office administration or general affairs (preferred)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)

  • Fluent in Korean and English (Required)
