Key Responsibilities:
- Offer direct assistance during daily routines play-based activities and community outings
- Promote autonomy and support the development of functional abilities
- Implement individualized behavior plans developed by your BCBA supervisor and provide ongoing feedback
- Accurately track session data record progress notes and document behavioral insights
- Maintain regular communication with your supervising BCBA and attend all required training and supervision sessions
- Protect client safety and confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA guidelines
- Provide light household help or transportation assistance as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish (required)
- Background in working with children or individuals with disabilities (preferred)
- Valid driver s license proof of insurance and dependable vehicle
- Ability to lift up-to 50 lbs stay physically active (standing kneeling sitting on the floor) and respond swiftly to client movement
- Open to traveling within a 30-minute radius to client homes
- Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 90 days (training provided)
- Ability to pass a background check
