About the Role
What You ll Do
- Team Support & Education Mentor and assist front desk staff to maintain smooth operations (30%)
- Patient & Provider Support Accommodate walk-ins urgent requests and scheduling issues with professionalism and care (20%)
- Leadership Coverage Monitor productivity and support the team in the absence of the manager (20%)
- Patient Registration & Scheduling Register schedule and reschedule appointments (10%)
- Order Management Obtain and clarify imaging orders from referring offices (10%)
- Conflict Resolution Handle initial patient concerns and de-escalate complaints (10%)
- Greet guests with professionalism and warmth
- Maintain a spa-like clean front office environment
- Organize and order front desk supplies
- Provide backup scheduling support as needed

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Experience as a Guest Ambassador
- Experience at Precision Imaging Centers
- Bachelors degree
- Energetic and enthusiastic demeanor
- Natural ability to educate and lead others
- Self-starter with initiative
- Strong team collaboration
Work Environment
- Full-time: Monday Friday (no weekends or holidays)
- Fast-paced high-volume medical imaging front desk
- On-site at our Jacksonville Beach location
