The Opportunity
We are seeking a meticulous and driven Content Analyst to join a dynamic team. In this role you will be at the heart of their data operations responsible for ensuring the quality consistency and accuracy of their core data assets. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify data issues devise effective solutions and implement updates that enhance their platform.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who is comfortable with both independent "heads-down" work and collaborative team projects. This is a role for a data enthusiast who is eager to learn adaptable to the evolving needs of a fast-paced environment and is not afraid to take initiative to identify and solve new challenges.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the clients data and how underlying record changes impact the user experience.
- Manage and resolve a queue of auto-generated and manually identified data quality issues.
- Conduct research to find effective and scalable solutions for data inconsistencies.
- Assist in defining key benchmarks for data cleansing throughput and overall data quality.
- Incorporate feedback from customers and internal teams to refine data curation processes.
- Propose and contribute to process improvements and technology enhancements.
- Continuously evolve the core functions of the role to meet business needs.

Required Skills
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a technology or business environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- A strong desire to grow professionally in a challenging fast-paced setting.
Basic experience with SQL and databases.
- Experience with data analysis or advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Previous experience in a data-centric or technology-focused business.
- Familiarity with the dynamic environment of a startup.
Additional Information
- Must be willing to work in the night shift following the Eastern timezone
- Must be amenable to a permanent work from home setup
