Accountant
Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our Accounting team. In this role youll support international cash global prepaids fixed assets and consolidation processes. Youll play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records through journal entries reconciliations and KPI updates with an emphasis on SOX-compliant processes and cross-functional coordination.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently with general direction proactively communicates progress and takes ownership of their deliverables. Youll be part of a collaborative and technically savvy team that values continuous learning system improvement and operational excellence.
What Youll Do:
Own and execute recurring journal entries and reconciliations for international cash accounts
Run NetSuite automated processes including prepaid amortization and allocations
Prepare quarter-end prepaid reclass entries and reconcile prepaid asset balances
Calculate and book month-end journal entries related to general accruals and non-trade receivables
Update key accounting metrics and support KPI tracking during month-end close
Provide support for consolidated and international statutory audits
Collaborate with Payroll Tax Legal and Business Systems teams to resolve issues and ensure accuracy
Coordinate with our Supply Chain team on asset purchases expenses and other financial reporting matters
Proactively communicate task status escalate issues as needed and follow through on deliverables
Support additional accounting tasks and evolving team needs as assigned this role will grow over time and flexibility to take on new responsibilities is key
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
13 years of experience in corporate or public accounting
Familiarity with global accounting operations and U.S. GAAP
Detail-oriented well-organized and dependable
Strong Excel skills (XLOOKUP pivot tables)
Able to work independently with general direction and communicate effectively across teams
Comfortable taking ownership of tasks asking thoughtful questions and seeing work through to completion
Well be super impressed if you have experience in any of these:
Audit experience and CPA a plus
Big 4 experience a plus
Experience with NetSuite FloQast Coupa and G-Suite a plus
Work Hours:
This position will require you to be available during core business hours.

Salary:
The estimated salary range for this position is $83940 to $100728.
Starting salary may vary based on permissible non-discriminatory factors such as experience skills qualifications and location.
This role may be eligible to participate in Fastlys equity and discretionary bonus programs.
