SUMMARY:
The Senior Manager of Business Intelligence is a key role supporting critical strategic initiatives strategy development strategic planning competitive insights and performance management. Reporting to the Director of Strategy this role will support top priority initiatives on the agenda of Senior Management and will require regular interaction with senior leadership corporate strategy and cross-functional team members across the company.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Support top priority strategic projects across the business including but not limited to business improvement projects strategic question evaluation
- Support management with presentation creation using PowerPoint to communicate strategic initiatives and recommendations
- Support strategic planning process partner with Finance & Planning to support deliverables/milestones
- Effectively work across the organization to build support and buy-in to key opportunities
- Manage distributor contracts and maintain detailed distributor profiles ensuring alignment with corporate goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate distributor performance and support related decision-making
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred.
Background and experience: 7 years of experience required. Experience in strategy with a top strategy consulting firm (traditionally senior associate level or higher) and/or in strategy within a high-performing multi-national organization.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Highly motivated and self-directed. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment manage multiple priorities and make ongoing decisions.
- Strong ability to articulate complex information in a concise manner and with proper context. Creation of presentations with strong PowerPoint skills is a must
- Strong project management organization and analytical skills

Travel: domestic and international as required by the business. Up to 10% of the time.
