Play a strategic leadership role in shaping the financial performance of almost 200 owned-and-operated LEGO stores.
Provide strategic business partnering to the Head of Americas & EMEA Stores and Regional Directors offering financial insights & challenge to drive operational and commercial decisions.
Present high-impact analytical work and recommendations to senior stakeholders influencing decisions related to store performance labour costs and portfolio management.
Own and drive the financial performance reporting for AMS & EMEA store operations ensuring accurate and insightful monthly P&L updates and executive-level reporting.
Lead the productivity agenda for the LBR network partnering with Retail Excellence and regional store leadership to validate assumptions monitor execution and assess impact against Year-To-Go (YTG) targets.
Coordinate the quarterly portfolio review process across AMS & EMEA including LFL & store performance and investment efficiency tracking.
People leadership: Coach supervise and develop the Store Finance Controller building analytical and business partnering capabilities within the team.
Oversee and continuously improve store-level reporting tools and data systems in collaboration with the broader finance team and A&I to drive automation and data quality.
LEGO Retail is a global market group covering Direct-to-Consumer channels including almost 200 owned and operated retail stores in Americas Europe and China and our website across 35 countries. It is one of the fastest growing and most profitable channels of The LEGO Group and it is a global business! The LEGO Retail business is supported by the LEGO Retail Finance team which consists of 20 colleagues based across Europe Americas and Asia.
Strong business partnering experience with the ability to influence senior commercial and operational stakeholders across markets.
Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights that drive decision making and performance improvement.
Excellent communication and presentation skills confident in preparing executive-level materials and leading discussions.
Strong organizational and project management skills able to prioritize effectively and manage cross-functional deliverables.
Analytical mindset enjoying getting to the root causes of issues and making recommendations for improvements in a highly collaborative way.
Finance experience in a retail/consumer goods business would be very advantageous.
Comfortable challenging and influencing key partners.
Proficient in SAP and PowerPoint.
