Job Description

  • Fixed Term - Full time until June 30 2026
  • Base Salary of $121k 11% Super Generous Salary Packaging to increase your take home pay

Your new role:

The Integrated Practice Leader role will build the capability of the Orange Door network workforce to deliver integrated functions and services responding to child and family vulnerability and functioning family violence and perpetrator interventions in line with the Orange Door Service Model Best Interests Principles and Integrated Practice Framework.

This will include:

  • Leading practice within complex service delivery contexts particularly multi-disciplinary and multi-agency approaches to the provision of services to vulnerable children families and diverse communities is required.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate a partnership and integrated practice approach.
  • Promoting evidence-based approaches as well as continuous improvement in professional practice and the delivery of integrated intake and assessment services.
  • Providing practitioners with relevant information and access to systems to support safe and effective practice approaches.

About you:

  • You have strong knowledge and understanding of the drivers/causes of family violence and child and family vulnerability as well as the child and family services and/or broader social services sector and their fundamental practices and theories is required.
  • You will be a high performing clinical leader with experience in leading and overseeing complex operational environments.
  • You are passionate about service reform and developing new ways of working.
  • You are a strategic thinker with strong stakeholder relationships and a partnership approach
