Launch your career in Facilities Management at JLL! This is an entry-level position and can provide opportunities for growth in the facilities management field. You will work as part of a facilities management team at a client corporate campus managed by JLL..

Location: West Jordan UT 84081
Schedule: On-site Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Reporting To: Facilities Manager

Job Summary

Provide general overall FM services including continuous monitoring of facility. Work with facility managers to handle routine facility management operations including: Procurement of facility supplies and services including issuing purchase orders managing bid requests and service/construction contracts processing of accounts payable and accounts receivables.

Job Responsibilities:

Directly support Facility Management team with on-going facility and team related responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Processes incoming packages of high value server parts from FedEx UPS DHL
  • Assists with receiving freight shipments
  • Stocks kitchens/breakrooms and orders breakroom supplies and beverages
  • Keeps copy rooms stocked and orders supplies as needed
  • Monitors and responds to client asset retirement tickets and coordinates e-waste pickups
  • Assists with closing out Unifier EHS compliance work orders
  • Assists with site facility inspections as required

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • High school degree or GED equivalent
  • 2 years experience with Facility or Property Administration
  • Superior customer service skills and orientation
  • Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations
  • Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints
  • Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office and possess strong written verbal and people skills
  • Strong organizational skills and collaborative style
  • Military service or higher education in a related field such as business hospitality facility/property management is desirable
  • Corrigo CMMS exposure is desirable
