Position Summary

Tooth Fairy Mobile Dental Service is looking for a self-starting and motivated Dental Sales Representative with an entrepreneurial spirit to be responsible for following up on leads and cultivating existing accounts for additional leads and convert them into new patients. Duties will include reaching out to and potential clients to increase participation with events and product subscriptions cold leads qualifying and setting appointments with senior sales and marketing staff. In order to be successful in this role you will need to have an understanding of the sales process and dynamics and also superb interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in a sales role is a must - dont apply unless you are a producer and can prove it!

Pay: Earn up to $96000 or more with a starting base salary of $36000 plus immediate uncapped commission pay and bonus pay

Objectives:

  • Maximize sales opportunities by scheduling appointments for with senior sales staff and hosting virtual presentations initially until you can do it by yourself.
  • Manage pipeline of qualified prospects using company CRM and perform daily review of leads and lead sources.
  • Make 100 outbound calls daily minimum and convert leads to customers.
  • Meet daily KPIs and monthly/quarterly goals.
  • Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue culture and brand image.
  • Have a strong desire to excel in a sales driven goal oriented and growth minded environment.

Education & Experience:

  • GED or high school diploma preferred
  • 1-2 years work experience in training organizational development or content development
Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • This position may require travel.

Duties will include reaching out to leads and existing accounts to increase patient retention and participation cold leads qualifying and setting appointments with senior marketing team

Manage pipeline of qualified prospects using company CRM and perform daily review of leads and lead sources

Make 100 outbound calls daily minimum and convert leads to customers

Sell at our events each month with the sales team

Meet daily KPIs and monthly/quarterly Sales Targets

Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue culture and brand image
