**Role & Responsibilities:**
- **Innovate and Engage:** Develop and deliver a dynamic high-energy and fun tennis program for youths aged 3-12 under the guidance of our Tennis Director and Club Manager.
- **Lead with Passion:** Supervise all tennis professionals in the program ensuring high standards of teaching and engagement.
- **Ensure Excellence:** Handle program development on-court delivery scheduling fee collections and staff supervision with a focus on growth retention and high-standard tennis delivery.
**What Were Looking For:**
- **A Passionate Advocate:** For youth tennis with preschool/physical education experience and a drive to inspire.
- **Qualifications:** College degree preferred with a requirement for USPTA/PTR certification or commitment to achieve certification.
- **Skill Level:** A play level of 3.0 or higher coupled with excellent communication skills and a professional positive attitude.
