The Illinois Department of Juvenile Justice is looking to hire a highly organized and detail-oriented Licensed Registered Nurse Corrections Nurse I. This position will be responsible for performing direct nursing care to individuals in a congregate care setting. The successful candidate shall possess a valid Illinois License and good oral and written communication skills be a self-starter and be able to carry out nursing assignments pursuant to the direction of medical personnel in a correctional setting.
*This title is included as an Upward Mobility Program credential title.
