Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Build and maintain relationships with current Movement Insurance clients to renew and expand their insurance portfolios while obtaining best coverage and pricing
- Develop and support cross-selling strategies for both existing clients and new prospects
- Educate and communicate with clients about additional insurance options using a needs-based client-focused approach
- Identify and overcome sales obstacles based on the unique needs and challenges of each prospect
- Understand various products from multiple carriers to help clients make the best purchase decisions
- Update client database to ensure prospective and past client information is accurate
- Consistently achieve monthly new business sales goals
Skills Preferred:
- Genuine enthusiasm for the role insurance plays in helping clients manage everyday risks and recover from the unexpected
- Proven ability to self-manage and thrive in a fast-paced performance-driven environment
- Strong sense of ownership accountability and urgency in completing tasks and meeting goals

Base salary range: $40000 to $55000 plus new business commission
Earning potential: Up to $100000 with commissions
Role Requirements:
- Property and Casualty license in good standing or ability to acquire within 30 days of hire
- Sales experience with a successful track record of meeting goals and/or quotas
- High school diploma required; bachelors degree preferred
The expected salary range for this position is between:
$40000.00 - $55000.00The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
