A Brief Overview
The position will oversee administrative operations and provide support to various internal and external stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Manages workplace maintenance including but not limiting to conference room upkeep and ensuring all resources are in working order
  • Maintains IT equipment and work with appropriate persons to troubleshoot as necessary. To include (but not limited to) copy machines video conference conference telephones etc.
  • Assists in coordinating the following events: company-wide meetings and events office-specific events executive visits etc.
  • Manages third-party vendor relationships including stationery postage copier/printer maintenance and furniture vendors; office cleaners/maintenance; and parcel/messenger services
  • Maintains kitchen and office supplies (including name plates for cubicles) by ordering receiving and receiving
  • Greets visitors (i.e. vendors clients interviewees executives etc.) and assigns and monitors access cards
  • Maintains and routes publications (including compliance posters) as well as receives sorts and routes them
  • Assists with onboarding of new employees and off-boarding of terminated employees
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Education Qualifications

  • General education vocational training and/or on-the-job training preferred

Experience Qualifications

  • Typically3 years

Skills and Abilities

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email
  • Proficient in using intranets extranets and internet for business applications desired
  • Ability to use software to create presentations
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organization skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment to stay on course with job duties

The preferred location for this role is Atlanta GA and the salary range for this location is $21.00 to $31.49. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role based in Atlanta. All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the companys discretion. The candidates final salary offer will be based on the candidates skills education work location and experience.

A candidates compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNets corporate bonus plan.
