Position Overview:
The Senior Commercial Lender will be responsible for developing new business deepening existing client relationships and structuring commercial credit solutions that support the financial goals of business clients. This individual will play a key role in driving portfolio growth while maintaining sound credit quality and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Originate and manage a portfolio of commercial loans including C&I CRE and owner-occupied real estate
Build strong relationships with local businesses and Centers of Influence (COIs) to drive new opportunities
Analyze financial statements assess creditworthiness and structure customized loan packages
Collaborate with credit treasury and other internal partners to deliver comprehensive banking solutions
Ensure adherence to bank credit policy regulatory guidelines and risk management practices
Qualifications:
7 years of commercial lending experience with strong credit and relationship management skills
Proven ability to generate new business and manage complex lending relationships
Deep knowledge of financial analysis credit structuring and risk assessment
Strong local market knowledge and established COI network preferred
Bachelors degree in business finance or a related field
