Job Description
Join our team as our Bathhouse Supervisor serving the needs of the business our guests and our colleagues by providing leadership and guidance. They will work closely with the team to ensure guest satisfaction. They will supervise the daily operations and ensure that the standards of quality in product and service are being maintained along with conducting training for new team members and will assist the leadership team with purchasing and ordering the product necessary to operate the bar aligned with the business levels.
- Act as ambassador to Auberges ENRICH values and incorporate our values in day-to-day decisions.
- Work alongside team members to create a culture of teamwork and service excellence.
- Ensures that the highest level of guest service is delivered at all times.
- Ensures opening and closing duties are being followed
- Update prices on menu changes
- Supervise team members and conduct daily rallies to educate and motivate team members.
- Identifies slow movement product and create initiatives for displacement
- Train and mentor new team members on:
- Training Calendars
- Sequence of Service
- Menu Descriptions
- Verbiage
- Lead and work closely on shift with the Bathhouse team ensuring that all procedures and protocols are maintained to Spa Solage standards.
- Oversee the smooth flow of business on all shifts and maintain helpful cooperative relations with the Bathhouse team.
- Create and maintain a calm spa atmosphere at the Bathhouse ensuring all treatments begin and end on time and that all pool guests are served promptly.
- Greet guests at the Bathhouse and demonstrate and model genuine hospitality by offering tours directing guests to the pools assisting with seating taking drink and food orders mixing mud at the bar answering questions and representing the Bathhouse as a perfect host.
- Ensure cleanliness in all areas to meet the standard every guest should feel that they are the first to arrive. Report all operational/maintenance issues promptly to engineering and follow up to ensure completion.
- Order bar and Bathhouse operational supplies ensuring all supplies are in stock.
- Assist Spa Management with the coordination and oversight of training for new Bathhouse associates and maintain accuracy of training manuals.
- Work with Director of Spa to create and maintain a weekly Bathhouse staff schedule.
- Continually strive to improve Bathhouse procedures and protocols.
- Coordinate Bathhouse staff for meetings and training sessions and ensure their attendance.
- Review future appointments detect and prevent any problems with spa scheduling.
- Reconcile treatment and billing discrepancies which occur during shift.
- Follow up promptly with Director of Spa on all comments concerns and suggestions made by Solage guests members and staff.
- Complete other duties as assigned
The starting rate for this position is $27.00 per hour.
Qualifications :
- Must have at least three years of experience hospitality preferably Wellness or Food & Beverage in a high volume luxurious establishment.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Must have or be able to obtain RBS training according to state laws within 60 days upon hiring.
- Must have or be able to obtain a food handlers certification within 30 days upon hiring.
- Must have the ability to move in a high paced restaurant environment.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds and more.
- Must be able to perform the entire of the shift standing and walking
