Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and physically strong individual to assist with the setup and tear-down of equipment for events and physical education activities at our preschool. This is a full-time hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys active work and contributing to a fun and safe learning environment for young children.
Responsibilities:
Set up and dismantle physical education and event equipment (e.g. mats obstacle courses tables chairs etc.)
Assist with moving and organizing supplies and materials
Ensure all equipment is safely arranged and properly stored
Collaborate with teachers and staff to meet event and classroom setup needs
Perform occasional light maintenance or repairs on equipment as needed
Requirements:
Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs
Dependable punctual and self-motivated
Comfortable working around young children
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
Work Hours:
Flexible part-time hours primarily mornings and/or afternoons depending on event and class schedules.
Compensation:
Hourly wage based on experience.
