Job Description
We are seeking a proactive AI Integrator / Automation Specialist to analyze client business processes identify automation opportunities and implement AI-driven solutions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to design optimized workflows and deploy AI agents using platforms like Zapier and n8n. Youll integrate tools such as CRM ERP Notion Slack Gmail Hubspot and ensure smooth rollouts through testing and continuous improvement.
You will be working on our internal product focused on process optimization and automation for clients.
REQUIREMENTS
Were looking for AI Integrator / Automation Specialist who has:
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and no-code/low-code automation platforms;
- Strong understanding of APIs webhooks and workflow logic;
- Familiarity with basic programming/scripting (e.g. Python );
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts such as NLP LLMs prompt engineering (a plus);
- Analytical thinking and the ability to break down complex problems into scalable automation flows;
- Excellent communication presentation and teamwork skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Objective:
Analyze existing business processes identify opportunities for improvement through automation tools and implement AI agents to streamline operations working directly with client stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
Were looking for AI Integrator / Automation Specialist who will:
- Analyze existing customer business process in tight cooperation with stakeholder define state-to-be - optimised BP implement improvements via automation and agents to identify automation opportunities;
- Design and deploy AI agents using platforms such as Zapier n8n etc;
- Integrate AI solutions with customer tools (e.g. CRM ERP Slack Notion Gmail Hubspot);
- Test monitor and fine-tune AI agents to ensure reliability and performance;
- Collaborate closely with product development and client teams customer stakeholders process owners and decision makers to ensure smooth rollouts.
