Job Description

What will you take care of

As a Graduate Specialist Program Junior Sales Engineer Linear Technologies you will join our Sales  Team based in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI).
You will take part in a blended training program designed to enhance both your technical know-how and cross-functional competencies (e.g. sales skills communication teamwork business processes).

Through a mix of local training and experiences in our international plants and Headquarters you will gain exposure to the full commercial cycle and develop a solid foundation in customer development and Linear Technologies (LT) solutions.

Your role will include:

  • Help shaping the future:
    Learn how to develop new markets by identifying and approaching customers not yet served. Support the expansion and strengthening of our sales network contributing to improved competitiveness and business growth in the LT segment.
  • Experience cooperation:
    Work side-by-side with the local sales team and collaborate with international colleagues and Headquarters sharing insights and learning best practices.
  • Use creativity and scope for development:
    Develop your knowledge of market dynamics and customer needs to recommend the most suitable solutions. You will also participate in industry events and trade fairs where youll learn to represent the company and explore new business opportunities.

Qualifications :

What distinguishes you

Education & Language Skills:

  • University degree or ITS specialization in Mechanical Engineering Mechatronics or related technical fields.
  • English proficiency at minimum B1 level with the ability to interact in written and spoken form with international teams and Headquarters.

Organisational Skills:

  • Motivated to achieve measurable results and focused on customer satisfaction.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reliable proactive and eager to grow with an entrepreneurial spirit.
