Location:Engine Shed Stirling (with hybrid working if applicable)
Working Hours:Monday - Friday 35 hours per week.
Interviews:To be held in person at The Engine Shed on Week Commencing 28th July.

You will work closely with the Scottish Traditional Building Forum to coordinate and deliver the Build Your Future education programme which includes engagement and outreach activities across Scotland.

Key Responsibilities of this role
- Collaboration with key partners to ensure the successful delivery of outreach activities and events
- Partnership working following up enquiries as well as communication with colleagues clients and suppliers
- Administration relating to delivery of building conservation outreach activity across Scotland
- Creating planning and briefing documents using excel spreadsheets and trackers Outlook Calendar and Microsoft Teams and accesing a centralised email inbox
- Coordination of resources including scheduling people and contractors logistics tools materials stock rotation and raising and receipting orders
- Ensuring all outreach activities and events are health and safety compliant including writing risk assessments and organising appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Gathering and recording evaluation and feedback and providing data to inform the development of programmes

Essential Criteria:
Knowledge of Scotlands historic environment in its wider context particularly building conservation traditional materials and skills
Experience of organising projects from conception to delivery
Great attention to detail and a methodical working approach
Excellent communication skills
The ability to be a good team worker and to work with minimal supervision
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
A full driving license (you may have to travel to remote or rural areas of Scotland which is not always possible by public transport).
