Head of Delivery (Investment and Pensions platform)
Salary: 110000 to 120000
We are looking for a delivery lead to mobilise and deliver an ambitious change agenda with one of our key strategic is a great job for someone who thrives on delivering complex change and wants to shape the future of our Wealth business.
Youll be confident leading large teams managing senior stakeholders and working with strategic partners to deliver outcomes that matter. If youve worked in Financial Services and love turning strategy into action this could be your next big step.
A bit about the job:
This role sits within the IWR CIO team and is all about delivering change across technology operations and partnerships. Youll lead a team of around 60 people and work closely with our external strategic partner: FNZ. Your focus will be on delivering integration managing dependencies and ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and on budget. Its a high-impact role with visibility at the very top of the organization.
Skills and experience were looking for:
- Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes
- Strong background in IT delivery integration and data migration working to agile project management methodologies
- Financial services experience is a must (Banking Wealth Insurance sectors etc.)
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience working with FNZ platform(s)

- Starting salary between 110000 and 120000 (depending on location skills experience and qualifications)
