Bridge Investment Group one of the fastest-growing global real estate investment management firms is seeking three highly motivated rising seniors for our 2026 Summer Analyst Program. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in acquisitions and investment strategy across value-add and ground-up Multifamily and Opportunity Zone developments.

What Youll Experience

As a Summer Analyst youll be embedded in a high-performing entrepreneurial team where your contributions matter from day one. Youll work closely with senior leadership and collaborate with fellow interns on firm-wide initiatives. Expect to:

• Analyze multifamily or opportunity zone investment opportunities and assist in underwriting.
• Build financial models and perform scenario analyses.
• Support the preparation of Investment Committee materials.
• Assist with asset management budgeting and investor reporting.
• Research loan covenants and support the disposition process.
• Gain exposure to the full investment lifecycle: acquisition asset management and disposition.

What You Bring

Were looking for future leaders who are curious driven and eager to grow. Ideal candidates will have:

• A strong interest in private equity real estate.
• A GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• A self-starter mindset with a no task too small attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• The ability to work full-time in Salt Lake City for the duration of the program.

• 401K:Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
• Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
• 11 Paid Holidays per year.
• Following six (6) months of employment at the Company you will be eligible per birth adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth adoption or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
• Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
