Job Description
Emerson is looking for an Automation & Continuous Improvement Specialist to help develop and maintain automation solutions for Emerson Cluj Business Units. This position has a strong emphasis on developing workflow and approval solutions using Microsofts Power Platform but also other automation solutions that are used internally. Candidates should have at least two years of experience working with the Power Platform and a willingness to learn how to integrate those technologies with other solutions such as AI/Machine Learning and Robotic Process Automation tools. In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Finding opportunities for automation within processes/ workflows and selecting appropriate technologies and tools to implement these solutions effectively.
- Leading and managing projects related to automation and continuous improvement ensuring they are completed on time within scope and within budget.
- Collaborating with collaborators across the organization to understand their needs gather feedback and ensure alignment on automation and improvement efforts.
- Continuously monitoring the effectiveness of implemented solutions and making necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes
- Applying data analytics to measure the performance of automated processes and improvement projects and making data-driven recommendations
- Developing strategies and initiatives that focus on ongoing process improvement to increase efficiency reduce costs and enhance quality.
- Collaborating with IT/Other CI/BI/IA teams to implement and maintain automation software and platforms such as robotic process automation (RPA) tools.
- Managing change related to automation and process improvement initiatives ensuringminimal disruption and resistance across the organization.
