Youll be part of a diverse team of approximately 325 professionals collaborating across more than 30 countries leveraging global expertise while keeping a business-first mindset. Our operating model is designed for collaboration with category experts cross-functional teams and strategy & delivery specialists working together to make a global impact.
Over two years our Global Procurement Graduate Programme will challenge and support you to grow professionally and personally. Youll have three stretching 8-month rotations to give you a solid grounding in Procurement management. Youll explore Direct and Indirect Procurement taking responsibility for managing spend stakeholders and strategy across a range of different categories while also getting involved in cross-category projects.
With first-class support and development opportunities youll build essential skills knowledge and experience while directly contributing to our commercial goals and ambitions along the way.
Throughout the programme youll have the opportunity to:
- Manage projects and prioritise tasks while building strong relationships with stakeholders across various levels and departments within Haleon.
- Create category-specific strategies that provide valuable insights and innovative solutions to help the business thrive and drive positive change.
- Lead sourcing events (such as Requests for Information Quotes and Proposals) and manage negotiations with third-party suppliers.
- Collaborate with teams like Finance and Legal to review financial proposals and lead contract negotiations and revisions.
- Encourage responsible purchasing practices and effectively manage spend.
- Participate in Supplier Relationship Management to ensure top performance and address any risks.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelors degree. Please note you must have graduated by August 2025.
- We welcome applications from all degree disciplines however degrees in Business Supply Chain or any Engineering or Science with a strong business focus are particularly advantageous for this graduate programme.
Other Requirements:
- We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong creative problem-solving skills adaptability in uncertain situations strategic thinking and a passion for continuous learning
- Strong communication skills fluent English (C1)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proactive team player
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Enthusiasm for Consumer Healthcare industry
- Candidate must be able to work full-time (40 hours/week)
- Must be eligible to work in Poland at the time of and for the duration of employment. Employees will be required to furnish evidence of Polish work authorization.

- Interview: If shortlisted you will be invited to a virtual interview which will include a competency-based interview and a case study or technical exercise.
- Offer: Candidates will be notified of the outcome within two weeks of the interview
