At Sofitel London St James were on the lookout for a Room Attendant someone who knows that true luxury starts with cleanliness comfort and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Replace bed linens and towels make beds and ensure all amenities are replenished.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitise bathrooms including fixtures and surfaces.
- Vacuum sweep mop and dust guest rooms and common areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or room discrepancies to the appropriate department.
- Provide exceptional service to guests addressing their needs and requests promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and timely room turnover.
Qualifications :
- Prior experience as a Room Attendant in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment is highly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Capable of performing physically demanding tasks associated with the role.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and chemicals is a plus.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
