Job Description:
The Collaboration Operations team offers end user support for a wide variety of Collaborative tools within Sun Life. Providing phone email and consultation support for all clients.
The technologies currently supported by the Collaboration team include:
Microsoft SharePoint
Microsoft OneDrive
Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Viva Engage
Workplace by Meta
Miro (Interactive Whiteboard tool)
AvePoint Governance and Compliance tool for M365
What will you do
Assist team with routine maintenance tasks
Document processes FAQs and solutions to common problems
Support Operations team with SharePoint site migration plan
Assist team with SharePoint Cloud governance tasks
Provide Cloud Governance reporting to end users
Participate in Team meetings
What do you need to succeed
Currently enrolled in a Computer Science or Information Technology program with a December 2025 or later graduation date
Strong interest in IT Support and systems administration
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 tools
Excellent communication skills
Problem solving attitude and ability to work independently and in a team
Attention to detail and willingness to learn

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.
Eligible Sun Life employees for various Campus Graduate programs will also participate in various incentive plans payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance
