About the Role
Join our team and make a difference in your local community by playing a crucial role in catering to the unique requirements of individuals utilising our Queensland Community Support Scheme (QCSS). Your mission is to employ a person-centred approach helping clients to attain their goals and fulfil their support needs.
You will be providing personalised support to our QCSS clients within their homes you will be required to travel around Townsville and surrounds as you will be supporting multiple clients a day.
This is a Casual position which offers flexible working hours tailored to your lifestyle. The shifts are short split shifts with all working hours between the hours of 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday no evening or sleepover shifts (must be available to work on Fridays).
