Job Description
As a Founding Engineer youll assume a hands-on role in designing building and maintaining the production features that power a rapidly growing DeFi trading platform. Youll be responsible for optimising developer velocity ensuring platform reliability and fostering a security-first culture.
Job Requirements
- Experience
24 years in Product Engineer or Design roles (preferably at high-growth mobile apps or in Web3/crypto). - Product Sense
Deep knowledge of design systems and consumer behavior. - Problem-Solving Mindset
You design and develop end-to-end features that are robust scalable and cost-effective. - Passion for DeFi
Strong interest or experience in crypto/blockchain. Youre excited to bring on-chain products to the masses. - Open to US remote but must be open to frequent travel.
Nice to Haves
- 24 years of experience working on consumer mobile apps preferably financial apps.
- Previous experience at a company during a rapid growth phase (e.g. startup to mid-size).
- Hands-on experience with blockchain technologies (e.g. Bitcoin Solana Ethereum etc.).
- Expertise in designing and implementing robust security architectures and protocols.
Tech Stack
- Frontend: Flutter (iOS Android)
- Backend: Go Postgres Redis
- Infrastructure: Kubernetes Google Cloud Docker Terraform
- On-Chain: Solana (with plans to explore Base L2s and additional blockchains)
