About this position:
LMCU is looking for a Support Services Representative II who will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing mail sorting and indexing member paperwork researching account history pulling statements and preparing Verifications of Deposit with accuracy. This role will also assist branches with supply orders (brochures folders envelopes) release inventory from outside vendors and provide other departments with OnBase support.
What youll do:
Accurately sort bundle and distribute all incoming mail to designated courier cases or areas ensuring timely and efficient delivery to appropriate departments or branches. Identify and escalate any misrouted or undeliverable items as needed.
Maintain detailed records of trackable mail including UPS FedEx and Priority/Express shipments in the appropriate spreadsheet to ensure proper tracking and accountability. Log and verify checks for Item Processing ensuring all details are accurate before processing.
Carefully sort and prepare member documents for accurate indexing. This includes researching and verifying account numbers and categorizing paperwork by document type. Ensure all documents are properly formatted and organized for easy retrieval.
Accurately process and fulfill branch supply orders ensuring requested materials are gathered packed and shipped in a timely manner. Maintain inventory awareness and notify appropriate personnel of low stock or supply shortages.
Leverage knowledge of OnBase to support company-wide document retrieval and indexing needs. Assist employees in locating and accessing electronic documents troubleshooting basic system issues and ensuring records are stored and retrieved efficiently.
What Youll Bring: Youll like this position if you are...
A minimum of one year up to three years of similar or related experience including preparatory experience.
A high school degree or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel etc.).
Experience with Symitar preferred.
Experience with OnBase preferred.
